Trouble sleeping? I've got the cure!
This easy-to-make and super delicious tea will have you sleeping like a baby.
RECIPE:
1 C water
3 soursop leaves (if you don't have them locally, you can get them on Amazon)
1 t honey
Step 1:
Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and let steep for 10 min.
Step 2:
Add the honey and drink before bed.
Step 3:
Sleep well! 🙂
