Basil Tea

Basil is known for its use in cuisine, however, it can also be used to treat a long list of ailments including headaches, coughs, constipation, diarrhea, warts, worm impastation, and problems with the kidneys .

RECIPE:

1 C water

5-6 basil leaves

1 t honey

Step 1:

Pour the hot water over the leaves and let steep for 5 min.

Add the honey and drink while hot.
